Q: But how does it work?
A: Our customer (you) receives a order from your customer, you place the order with us, make payment, we will send you a email with all details required about server once it's set up, you then pass emails onto customer(s) containing all details.
Q: Who supports the customers?
A: Any server purchased with full server management will be fully managed by us, and we will remain 100% anonymous, if server management isn’t purchased with server you the end user will be responsible for supporting your clients.
Q: What sort off discount do I receive?
A: Discount will vary depending on the amount off server purchased. 1-5 Servers will receive 3% Discount, 6-10 Servers will receive 5% Discount plus zero cost setup fees’, 11-20 servers will receive 8% Discount plus zero cost setup fees, 20 to unlimited servers will receive 15% Discount plus zero cost setup fees.
Q: What does this cost me?
A: Nothing there is no set up fee's or requirements that need to be meet
Q: What happens if a customer doesn’t pay there bill?
A: All servers are due on the due date, any server unpaid within 24 hours by you will be taken offline, failure to pay payment will result in your server being reformatted and resold to another customer.
Q: What if a customer cancels there server?
A: All cancellation requests must be logged via our billing system 7 working days prior to invoice due date
Q: How quick are servers set up?
A: Once order is received and payment is verified we will process all orders and server(s) will be set up within 12-72 hours
